Haley was born and raised in Fort Worth, Texas. She received her Bachelor of Arts in English from Stanford University in 2016. She received her J.D. from Baylor Law School where she participated in the Veteran's Clinic. Haley served in leadership roles in the Native American Law Student Association as Vice-Chair and President of the Animal Legal Defense Fund.
After graduating from Baylor in May 2021, Haley moved to Tyler, and joined Boyd, Boyd & Giddens. She practices primarily in the areas of civil litigation and personal injury law and is a member of the Smith County Bar Association. When not practicing law, Haley enjoys reading, Texas Rangers baseball, and pub trivia.
